    It was a busy and productive vacation week for Belfast indoor track athletes who enjoyed the holiday spirit between Christmas and New Year's, along with plenty of stellar performances in two Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference high school meets at Bowdoin College. The Lions competed in a makeup meet on Thursday, Dec. 28 and returned two days later for a meet on Saturday, Dec. 30. Independent student-athletes from Mount View of Thorndike also participate in meets with the Lions, and did that in one these events.
