Hofer is charged with expired inspection sticker, aggravated unlicensed operation, 2nd, and unlawful possession of marijuana. An investigation revealed Hofer has allegedly had a suspended and revoked license since 1993.

Gordon L. Montgomery entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to distribute, and possess with intent to distribute, 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
