    The Illinois departments of Financial Regulation and Agriculture released a report Thursday morning containing the number of medical cannabis cultivation center and dispensary applications received statewide. Each of the 22 Illinois State Police districts is eligible to receive one license for a cultivation center as part of the Illinois Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act.
