Two suspects were caught on video taking a golf cart and power tools from the garage of a home in the 100 block of N.     With a growing population, the town of Bargersville wants to be able to offer more places for residents to play and exercise, and the hope is that a new fee will help pay for those projects. The Bargersville Town Council approved charging developers a $748 fee for every house they construct, money that the town can spend on developing more parks and trails.

    Bargersville police officer Justin Griggs was driving past the Harvest Grove neighborhood when he noticed smoke and found the fire at 3081 McIntosh Drive shortly before 1 p.m. He called the Bargersville Fire Department. He then alerted the homeowner that the garage was on fire, and the two set to work extinguishing the blaze, which had originated in a corner.
