    Robert "Robbie" Caldwell, 25, of Danville, Kentucky, was taken into custody Tuesday in Lincoln County, according to WLEX 18 in Lexington. The Federal Bureau of Investigations said Caldwell and an unidentified man carjacked a victim in Kansas City, Missouri at 5:30 a.m. on Jan. 22. The victim was able to escape in St. Louis, Missouri.
