    According to a preliminary report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by a 16-year-old juvenile from Harrogate was traveling east on Dogwood Heights Road in Tazewell at approximately 5:02 p.m. The report states that the juvenile's vehicle "failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection" and "turned left and entered the northbound lanes of travel." A second vehicle, a 2016 Volvo Tractor Trailer driven by Derrick L. Daniels, 36, of Barbourville, was traveling north on U.S. Hwy.
