The shorthanded 2-4 Bulldogs, coming off a 56-7 loss to the Antonian Apaches in the non-district finale played on Friday, October 6 at Antonian, will, once again, be without the services of several offensive and defensive starters against the Texans at Wimberley.

    The state-ranked Boerne Greyhounds improved their season record to a perfect 5-0 with a 37-0 shutout of the shorthanded Bandera Bulldogs in week five football action played on Thursday, September 28 at Boerne. With the setback, the Bulldogs fall to 2-3 on the year and this week take on the always dangerous Antonian Apaches on Friday, October 6 at Antonian High School in San Antonio.
