A Cygnet man arrested in the stabbing of a North Baltimore, Ohio, man, is due in court today, authorities said. Joseph Carlos Garcia, whose age was not released, was charged with felonious assault and booked into the Wood County jail, where he was being held in lieu of a bond pending his initial appearance at the Bowling Green Municipal Court, according to the Wood County Sheriff's Office. A Cygnet, Ohio, man who was sentenced to two years in prison for sending a threatening letter to the North Baltimore Local Schools was granted an early release Tuesday. Wood County Common Pleas Judge Robert Pollex granted judicial release to Dwight Bower, 58, and placed him on community control for three years. Comment?
