    Nassau Police have arrested a Baldwin man for Criminal Possession of A Forged Instrument from an incident that occurred on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at 4:10 p.m. in Baldwin. According to First Squad detectives, the defendant Michael P. Rumph, 34 of Baldwin fraudulently used the identity of a male victim by forging a paystub, along with a false letter from the victim's employer to establish financial security to rent a house in Baldwin.
