    A judge ruled Wednesday that Baby Olivia, the newborn found Friday in a New Roads Walmart restroom trashcan, will remain in state custody for the time being, said Marketa Garner Walters, secretary of the state Department of Children and Family Services. Walters said her department recommended the baby be placed with a specially trained foster family while state officials assess the infant's options to be reunited with family members from either side of her family and other possibilities for future custody.
