Lockhart, 22, Dodge Correctional Institute, Waupun, was placed on five years of probation and ordered to pay $719 plus $1,150 restitution, undergo an alcohol and drug evaluation and any counseling deemed necessary, and obtain his high school equivalency degree for Wood County charges of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order and two counts of forgery and a Waupaca County charge of passing a forged check. Additional Wood County charges of two counts of forgery and two Waupaca County counts of passing a forged check were dismissed and read into the record. * George A. Thompson, 34, Babcock, pleaded not guilty to charges of theft, felony bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping, all as a repeat offender. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 28 years and 10 months in prison. His next appearance is scheduled for Aug. 8. * Spencer K. Lewis, 21, Nekoosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver as a subsequent offender and possession of a controlled substance as a repeat offender. If convicted, he faces a maximum of seven years and seven months in prison.
