    According to the report, around 8:53 A.M. the Palo Alto County Sheriff's Office investigated a two vehicle accident 6 miles west of Emmetsburg on highway 18. 33-year-old Jeffery R. Cadwell of Ayrshire was heading east bound in a 2015 Ford F250 the 4100 block of 360 Street and lost control crossing the centerline of the road and collided with a westbound 2014 freightliner which was pulling a loaded trailer driven by 47-year-old Juan A. Huerta of Salina Kansas. After the collision the ford entered the north ditch and came to rest.
