    Upgrades for a water-treatment plant to remove contaminants and approval for the town to seek a fourth liquor license were among the 35 articles approved Monday at Town Meeting. Voters at Ayer Shirley Regional High School authorized the town to borrow $4.17 million to improve the Grove Pond water treatment plant to remove Perflourinated Akyl Substances, which were found in a drinking well that has been taken out of service.
