"It's not an employee photo, it's a Norwood family photo," said Kathleen McGrory-Bellezza, who worked at the inn for over 30 years, first as a waitress and then as a bartender.

    An application to subdivide the site of the Norwood Inn, a popular bar, restaurant and hotel built in 1888, has received an initial approval by the Avon-By-The-Sea Planning Board. Attorney C. Keith Henderson sat beside business co-owner Philip Renna at the board's meeting on Thursday, Nov. 9, to request approval for the Second Avenue property to be subdivided into three conforming residential lots.
