The victim, who was not identified by police, was a passenger in a silver 2004 Infiniti J35 headed east on North Aurora Road near Route 59 just before 5 p.m. The driver turned left from an inside through lane, but his car was struck by another vehicle headed west, according to a Naperville Police Department news release.
