    Sheriff's deputies arrested Lisa Jean Alanis, 54, listed as a transient, for burglary after she was located still carrying property allegedly stolen from the Twin Peaks Calvary Chapel on August 16. A Sheriff's Department Spokesperson told The Alpenhorn News that Sheriff's deputies responded to a reported burglary at the Calvary Chapel Conference Center located in the 26100 block of Highway 189, Twin Peaks shortly after 8:45 a.m. While responding to the location, deputies spotted Alanis walking up Highway 189, just approaching The Antlers Restaurant, carrying a large, what was described as a duffle bag, full of what was determined to be stolen property. Another bag of property was located a short way on Highway 189.
