    Just in time for the raking and disposal of fall leaves, Lower Pottsgrove will resume its three-month free collection Monday of yard waste left in approved disposal bags at curbside along township roads, the township reminded residents on its Facebook page . The current round of collections also include those scheduled for Nov. 7 and Dec. 5, both the first Mondays of the month.

    It's not as if you wanted them but in case you did, Lower Pottsgrove Manager Ed Wagner reported, annual trash bills were mailed last week to property owners who rely on garbage collection services provided by J.P. Mascaro and Sons of Audubon PA under its soon-to-expire five-year contract with the township. All 3,007 bills got dropped off to the postal service May 17 , Wagner told the Board of Commissioners.
