Registe, 28, faces murder charges in connection with the execution-style slayings of Bryan Kilgore, 20, and Randy Newton Jr., 21, in the parking lot of Cross Creek Apartments.

A report from the department says Antonius Dowsey, 23, and Jaquan Harris, 23, both of Columbus, died after the 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Dowsey struck a logging tractor-trailer at the intersection of Victory Drive and Jackson Avenue.
