    An Athens woman who faces fraud, theft and exploitation charges is accused of using one of her 91-year-old patient's credit cards to pay more than $8,000 on her own bills, according to a police affidavit made available this week. Lori Pendergrass Sconyers, 43, of 1503 Buchanan St., Athens, is accused of using the 91-year-old Decatur woman's credit card to make payments on her own Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance account, her Verizon Wireless account and make payments on two credit card accounts in Sconyers' name, according to the affidavit.
