    It's been the snowiest stretch ever for a number of municipalities around Massachusetts, including Boston, but for other cities and towns around the state this season has not even cracked their top 10 snowiest winters of all time. Ashburnham, for example, has seen about 88 inches of snow this year, which only ranks as the 27th snowiest winter the town has ever recorded and it pales in comparison to the 145.7 inches that fell in the winter of 1995-96 in the town, which borders New Hampshire, according to data from the National Weather Service.
