    ARLINGTON >> St. James Episcopal Church will be holding the community-wide festival Norman's Attic on Saturday, Aug. 8, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Vendor spaces are still available at a reduced cost by the early deadline of July 6. The early registration deadline has been extended because of the July 4th holiday weekend. There is a substantial saving on registration fees if space is reserved before July 6. Listed as one of Yankee Magazine's top 20 Vermont events, this event has been held for 19 years in historic Arlington, the home of beloved American artist Norman Rockwell and his family from 1939 to 1953.
