    A Woburn woman was arraigned Tuesday in Cambridge District Court on a charge of vehicular homicide by negligent operation for the death of a 91-year-old Arlington man. Berta Rodriguez, 62, was also charged with a crosswalk violation in connection with the death of William Dotson on March 23, 2015, according to a statement from the Middlesex District Attorney's Office.
