    Pretty ball gowns and sparkling tiaras marked the evening for the 2015 Marshall County Blueberry Scholarship Pageant at the Argos High School Auditorium on June 27. Marshall County put out 22 lovely young women between 17 and 20 years of age from across the county to determine who would wear the crown. Masters of Ceremonies Greg Bobos, Emily Evans, and Drew Gardner of ABC 57 Morning News announced, flattered, and told the stories of these accomplished young women to a full house in the auditorium.

Twenty-two lovely ladies representing The contestants each had a personal interview with the judges, earlier in the day and in front of a packed crowd at Argos High School, the ladies modeled their "Theme Wear" they each created to reflect the festival theme, "Heroes Among Us" by choosing their "Favorite Hero".

    On Thursday, June 25, an Argos business contacted the Marshall County Sheriff's Department and reported a female acting suspicious, possibly intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance. The told dispatch the subjects left in a blue trailblazer, northbound on US 31. County Officer Les McFarland located the vehicle and made a traffic stop in the area of US 31 and US 30. The driver, 25 year old Jacklyn Bell of South Bend only had an I.D. and had never obtained a driver license.
