    Police responding to a domestic fight call at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of Walnut Avenue in the Wind River Estates ended up making two separate arrests in what one officer called finding "one of the largest shards of methamphetamine" that he'd ever seen. A shard of meth is a crystal about 7 to 8 inches long.

Snyder also took the opportunity to announce the district's new vision statement which is three words: Educate.
