    A person faces a kidnapping charge and multiple charges of vehicle theft and damage to property after a crime spree through Outagamie County Thursday night. A Cadillac Escalade rammed into the back of an Appleton International Airport public safety truck at about 11 p.m. When a passerby stopped to help after the crash, the driver of the Escalade stole their F-150 pickup, which had a 13-year-old inside.
