    The Norfolk Police Department has identified the man who died Tuesday at a new Tesla charging station as electrical contractor Steven V. Weaver of Angier, N.C. He was 32. Weaver's body was found around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Janaf Shopping Yard, the site of the charging station, in the 5900 block of E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Weaver was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine what caused his death, but authorities have said he might have been electrocuted.
