    A 34-year-old Anderson man has pleaded guilty to charges that he phoned in a bomb threat to the Madison County Clerk's office last month. Under the terms of his plea, Andrew E. Leonard faces a maximum sentence of three in prison when he's sentenced on felony counts of intimidation where the victim is a judge or bailiff and making a false report.
