Vanover will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2015, at Earlham Memorial Mausoleum, 1101 National Road West, Richmond with Rev. Joseph T. Fields Jr. M.Div. officiating. Entombment will be in Earlham Memorial Mausoleum. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
