    The body of James Woods, age 58 of Wasilla, was discovered 0n August 22nd, 2016 near the Polar Seafoods Processing Plant in Seward. Alaska State Troopers Spokesperson Megan Peters confirmed that the death is being investigated as a homicide While Anchorage, just two hours away, has recently experienced its 25th homicide of 2016 , Seward's last murder occurred 13 years ago on July 19th, 2003 when William Conger shot and killed his friend John Tulin in the driveway of his Questa Woods home.
