    Two women are accused of breaking into a Town of Ballston building and stealing property, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. Ballston Spa resident Alycia Andreadakis, 42, and Amsterdam resident Moquisha Harrison, 20, were charged with felony burglary after they broke into a town building on July 28 and again on Aug. 28 and stole items from inside, deputies said.
