    An Amite man was arrested Thursday and accused of aiding and abetting a suspect in the murder of 27-year-old Heather Cox, Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards said. Kacey Lee Lanier, 27, helped suspect Brian Anthony, 30, hide the murder weapon in an abandoned structure on his Bell Road property and allowed Anthony to stay at his house, police said.
