    Stephen Andrew Hale, who was involved in a shooting at a middle school parking lot Thursday, was taken into custody by Potter County Sheriff's Deputies north of Amarillo, according to police reports. Hale, 38, was arrested and booked into the Potter County Detention Center on three charges: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, and possession of a controlled substance, penalty group one, more than one ounce but less than four ounces.
