Oil from Prudhoe Bay once entered the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System at 140 degrees Fahrenheit, but now comes in at about 106 degrees. The temperature drops as it moves 800 miles toward Valdez, and at current production levels the operator Alyeska Pipeline Service Co. Comment?
