    An Alton man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after being found guilty of drug and firearm offenses earlier this year. 31-year old Miles "Lou" Musgraves was found guilty in March on one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises near a school, one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, one count of felon in possession of a ammunition, one count of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of distribution of cocaine near a school.
