    Fulton County prosecutors say a man accused of stabbing a friend's dog more than 20 times has been indicted on aggravated animal cruelty charges. District Attorney's spokeswoman Yvette Jones said in a statement Thursday that 27-year-old Philemon Delouise of Alpharetta faces a three count indictment in the stabbing of a 2-year-old pit bull named Roxy, who survived the attack and is receiving ongoing medical care.
