    Antanyia Lakeisha Franklin was sentenced Monday to four to 20 years in state prison for beating a 15-year-old girl in Allentown after the teen, who was not the member of a gang, flashed a gang sign, according to a news release from the Lehigh County Prosecutor's Office.
