After a 2013 planning study identified redevelopment opportunities for the downtown area, the village staff has begun pursuing a similar study for East Algonquin Road – roughly from the Fox River east to Route 25. Staff on Tuesday recommended Gruen Gruen & Associates to conduct it at the cost of $19,500.
