    An Alexandria contractor who was arrested on a home improvement fraud charge last month is facing new charges after more people have said they were victims of his practices. According to the Alexandria Daily Town Talk ( http://townta.lk/1O58uQG , the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office said in a statement that 54-year-old Billy Wayne Redfern Jr. was arrested Wednesday after being accused of working on projects that he either did not complete or completed in an unsatisfactory manner.
