    The town of Orleans will mull over connecting to the town of Alexandria Bay water system or creating their own water treatment facility to connect homes with contaminated water along Route 12. Town Engineer Robert J. Campany said connecting to the waterline that is going to be constructed this spring from the village of Alexandria Bay would be easier to be built. He said the construction of the waterline and a water tower would cost about $11.8 million.
