    The Linn County Medical Examiner has identified the man whose badly decomposed body was discovered Sunday afternoon in a tent just outside Albany as a homeless man well-known to area police. Lance Christopher Hildebrandt, 42, had been dead for some time when Linn County sheriff's officers received a call at about 4 p.m. Sunday about a body in a tent about 200 yards off Highway 20. Hildebrandt, who was homeless, was well-known to police in the area.
