The measures apply to all Holloman employees and military personnel, including Department of Defense military, civilian personnel and supporting defense contractors, as well as all people visiting any facility at Holloman.

Charles and Patsy Greene, then 82 and 79 respectively, were hospitalized June 11 after police say a man randomly selected their home in the 800 block of Camino Del Rex that morning, grabbed a hammer then hit them both on the head.
