The victim said the younger man pushed him into his wife, ripped off his watch and pointed an AR-15 at him and his wife.

Christopher Webster, 20, and Johnathan Shuman, 34, both of the 200 block of Union Street, are charged with robbery while armed with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and unlawful carrying of a pistol, according to jail records.

    An incident report, provided by the Cocke County Sheriff's Department, said Richard William Arceneaux, of the 700 block of Crossroads Park, went kayaking on Saturday with a Memphis, Tennessee, man on the Pidgeon River in the Waterville community of Cocke County. The Tennessee man called police, telling investigators he was first to go down stream, and when stopped at the bottom of some rapids to wait on Arceneaux, he saw Arceneaux was out of his kayak and swimming toward him, but the water was too swift for him make it to the side of the river, the report said.
