Monica, 44, of County Route 76, with 12 counts of torturing, injuring and not feeding an animal in connection with the alleged discovery of several animals either malnourished or dead at her home. Troopers said they went to her home Monday for an animal cruelty investigation, and discovered 12 dogs in “deplorable conditions,” without access to food or water.

Adams, 43, of 20975 Weaver Road, with third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to keep right at 4:45 p.m. Saturday at 100 High St. Police said they found Mr. Adams with chemicals and tools for manufacturing methamphetamine including muriatic acid, sodium hydroxide, lighter fluid, a glass container, a bowl, plastic tubing, pliers, cutters, paper towels and a hand dryer.
