Arthur A. Zeller, 48, had been charged with DWI and driving while his driver's license was suspended or revoked Feb. 29 on Route 178 in the town of Adams.

McDonough, 34, all of Rochester, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument around 3 a.m. Mr. Pressley was later charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies with first-degree promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana while he was being booked into the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown.

Burnash, 42, was sentenced to six months' time served at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and five years' probation after pleading guilty Feb. 12 to fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree unlawfully manufacturing of methamphetamine.

Within the past four years so many health issues were thrown at him including CLL, anemia, Emphysema and then on May 2nd, he was diagnosed with Acute Leukemia which rapidly progressed.
