    A city drug dealer has been sentenced to up to four years in prison on trafficking and weapons charges stemming from a raid at his apartment last summer. During a June 18 raid at Delacruz-Batista's Dalton Avenue apartment, state police found about 30 grams of cocaine, valued at around $3,000, about 17 grams of heroin valued at approximately $3,500, five digital scales, and the handgun loaded with five rounds of ammunition among other pieces of evidence.Delacruz-Batista admitted at the time he had no license to carry the gun, but told police he had started carrying it following a robbery at his former address.
