    The Adairville Police Department became involved in a vehicle pursuit after a vehicle driven by Quincy Mitchell of Springfield, Tenn., refused to stop in the area of US 431 and the Red River Bridge. The pursuit continued into the city limits of Russellville where Mitchell's vehicle was finally brought to a stop in the area of Hickory Hill Florist on Nashville Road after spike strips were deployed by the Russellville Police Department.
