    A 37-year-old in London who described himself as "an old school point and click prop trader" has been arrested by British law enforcement for his role in the so-called "Flash Crash" that slammed the U.S. stock market on May 6, 2010, causing the Dow Jones Industrial Average to fall by about 600 points in five minutes. Navinder Singh Sarao, who worked out of his house in London was arrested in the U.K. and the U.S. government has requested Sarao's extradition, charging him with fraud, commodities manipulation and spoofing, a practice of bidding with the intent of cancelling the bid or offer before execution.
