    Authorities have evacuated residents at a Mint Hill apartment complex because of a SWAT situation at a neighboring complex in southeast Charlotte. Mint Hill police and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department SWAT members have been on the scene at Colonial Village at Greystone Apartments off Stoney Trace Drive, near Margaret Wallace Road, since before 3 a.m. Officers told Channel 9 that a subject has barricaded themselves in a unit and that nobody is being allowed in or out of the apartment complex.
