    FortisBC customers in Osoyoos will be pleasantly surprised to hear the natural gas and electricity provider won't be introducing any new rate hikes in 2018 and is actually reducing natural gas prices by six per cent, effective Jan. 1. For FortisBC natural gas customers across the province, rates will decrease, and for electricity customers in the southern interior, rates will remain the same. "This is welcome news for all of our customers," said Diane Roy, vice-president of regulatory affairs, FortisBC.
