    Texas Rangers transactions: Chris Rowley , a righthanded pitcher claimed on waivers by Texas from the Toronto Blue Jays in July, has cleared waivers and been outrighted to AAA Round Rock, the team announced today. The 40 man roster now stands at 39. Rowley, 28, was the first West Point graduate to appear in the major leagues when he debuted for the Blue Jays in 2017.
